Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow Administrator located in Norwalk, CA. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting the ServiceNow platform. Daily tasks include providing technical support, performing system monitoring, and ensuring optimal performance of the platform. The role will also involve interacting with customers, providing excellent service, and communicating effectively within the team.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience with ServiceNow platform
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus
