Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, GA for a ServiceNow Lead. The individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing ServiceNow platform development and implementation projects. Daily tasks include designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows and solutions, leading a team of developers, ensuring platform compliance with best practices, and collaborating with clients to gather requirements. The ServiceNow Lead will also provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues, while driving continuous improvement initiatives for the platform.

Qualifications

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, development, and implementation
Experience in designing workflows, process automations, and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to mentor and lead a development team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot, assess, and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Ability to work on-site in Dallas, GA
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in ServiceNow are highly desirable
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices is a plus
