**Job Title:** ServiceNow Lead **Role Summary:** Drive the design, development, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform by leading a development team, ensuring best‑practice standards, and collaborating directly with clients to deliver automations, integrations, and process improvements. **Expactations:** - Manage end‑to‑end ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment. - Oversee a team of developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. - Maintain platform health, security, and compliance with industry standards. - Continuously improve processes, tools, and user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow workflows, automations, and integrations. 2. Mentor and manage a team of developers, setting coding standards and ensuring timely delivery. 3. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to elicit and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 4. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment. 5. Ensure adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and governance policies. 6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and capability expansion. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI, Reports), and implementation. - Experience designing and implementing workflow automations, integrations (REST, SOAP), and data migration. - Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with a track record of mentoring developers. - Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex platform issues. - Effective communication skills for client engagement, stakeholder management, and technical documentation. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and ITSM standards (e.g., ITIL). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - ServiceNow certifications highly desirable: - Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent (ServiceNow Platform Developer, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, etc.) ---
