Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Agentforce Architect **Role Summary:** Lead the technical design and delivery of scalable Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions for enterprise clients. Define case management frameworks, integrate AI‑driven agent tools, and build omni‑channel customer service experiences that align with business objectives. **Expectations:** - 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with 3+ years in an architecture or technical‑lead role. - Proven ability to lead complex Service Cloud/Agentforce projects and mentor delivery teams. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a remote, US‑based environment. - Commitment to Agile/Scrum delivery and DevOps best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and oversee implementation of Service Cloud, Agentforce, Omni‑Channel, CTI, Knowledge, Live Agent, and Einstein Bots. - Design Experience Cloud portals for support and self‑service use cases. - Build scalable case lifecycle solutions (routing, SLA tracking, escalation). - Create secure data models and role‑based access controls. - Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures. - Define technical standards, governance, performance, and scalability guidelines. - Lead integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and event‑driven patterns (Platform Events, CDC). - Guide use of OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). - Support CI/CD pipelines with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, etc. - Provide hands‑on guidance in Apex, LWC, and declarative config; conduct code reviews and performance tuning. - Mentor developers/consultants and contribute to reusable delivery assets. **Required Skills:** - Apex (triggers, batch, scheduler), Lightning Web Components, Flow. - Salesforce data modeling, role hierarchy, sharing rules. - API integration expertise (REST, SOAP, middleware). - Experience with Einstein Bots, Live Agent, intelligent routing (preferred). - Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Flosum, Gearset, AutoRABIT). - Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce certifications (highly preferred): Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, System Architect. - Additional certifications in Experience Cloud or AI (Einstein) are a plus.
