**Job Title** Regional Managing Director – Self‑Employed Partner **Role Summary** Launch, grow and manage the French franchise of a global business‑mentoring network. Own the regional business, build a network of consultants, localize all materials, and drive SME transformation across France, while coordinating with the international leadership team. **Expectations** - Acquire exclusive country‑wide franchise rights and build the regional business from scratch. - Achieve measurable growth in brand presence, consultant network size and client revenue. - Deliver profitable, sustainable operations while maintaining alignment with the global franchise standards. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Business Launch & Growth** – Establish the French operation, develop local business plans, and execute growth strategies. 2. **Network Development** – Recruit, train, mentor and retain a regional roster of business consultants. 3. **Localization** – Translate and adapt academy, client, and marketing materials for the French SME market. 4. **Client Transformation** – Lead consultancy engagements that enhance SME profitability, resilience and long‑term value. 5. **Strategic Collaboration** – Partner with global senior leaders and regional franchise owners to share best practices and insights. 6. **Brand & Marketing** – Build brand awareness, execute marketing campaigns, and foster stakeholder relationships. 7. **Financial Oversight** – Manage budgets, investments and ROI to scale the regional operation. **Required Skills** - 15+ years senior leadership, consulting or entrepreneurial experience. - Strong strategic and commercial vision with a long‑term focus. - Proven ability to improve business performance or launch successful ventures. - Leadership, mentoring, and team‑development expertise. - Excellent relationship‑building and communication with business owners and decision makers. - Fluency in French; high proficiency in English. - Self‑starter, results‑driven, pragmatic, and financially capable of scaling a regional business. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). - Relevant consulting or management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Certified Management Consultant) welcome but not mandatory.
