thexton armstrong is inviting a senior executive or experienced entrepreneur to become our Regional Managing Director / Self-Employed Partner for France.

Your opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead your own consultancy business while being part of an established and supportive international system. As Regional Managing Director, you will acquire exclusive rights for France and play a key role in expanding our brand and supporting franchise partners across the country.

What you will do

Launch and lead the French operation under the thexton armstrong brand.
Recruit, mentor, and support a network of business consultants across your region.
Localise and translate our academy-, client- and marketing materials to align with the French SME market
Drive SME transformation - helping entrepreneurs unlock growth, performance, and long-term value.
Develop and execute local business strategies - including marketing, brand awareness, and network development.
Collaborate internationally with our senior partners and franchise leaders to share insights and best practices.

What you bring

Experience and background

15+ years in senior management, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
A broad leadership background in general management.
A strong track record of improving business performance or building successful ventures.
Ideally experience with or understanding of the French SME market.

Key competencies

Strategic and commercial acumen with a long-term vision.
Entrepreneurial drive and ambition to build a business.
Leadership and mentoring skills - able to inspire and develop others.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business owners and decision-makers.
Fluency in French and good command of English for international collaboration.
