Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Solutions Specialist / Architect **Role Summary** Lead technical pre‑sales activities for a cybersecurity identity platform, delivering workshops, solution designs, and competitive differentiation to prospects and customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborate closely with sales, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity pre‑sales or technical consulting. - Deep knowledge of identity management, cyber‑security principles, and current industry trends. - Demonstrated ability to design solutions, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and prepare technical proposals. - Proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience with security technologies and cloud platforms. - Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver advanced technical workshops and validation sessions with architects, security engineers, and CISOs. - Partner with sales to assess customer requirements, craft tailored solutions, and develop proposals for RFPs/RFIs. - Create and deliver training materials, best‑practice guidelines, and documentation to scale team capabilities. - Analyze competitive landscape, articulate clear differentiators, and communicate findings to stakeholders. - Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, presenting roadmap updates and aligning product evolution with customer needs. - Serve as the primary feedback loop between customers, sales, and product development, informing feature roadmap and user experience. - Support post‑sales technical enablement and issue resolution. **Required Skills** - Expertise in identity and access management; strong foundation in cyber‑security principles. - Systematic problem‑solving under pressure, with the ability to analyze complex, multivariate problems. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts. - Python programming proficiency. - Collaborative team player who can influence across functions without direct authority. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. - Advanced degrees or professional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) are advantageous.
