**Job Title** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary** Provide day‑to‑day administration, support, and enhancement of the Salesforce platform. Ensure reliable operation, data integrity, and effective automation while enabling end‑users and collaborating with technical teams. **Expectations** - Maintain a stable, high‑performance Salesforce environment. - Apply platform best practices to build scalable, bulk‑safe automations. - Deliver accurate data governance and clean‑up. - Provide timely resolution of user issues and training. - Contribute to quality assurance and deployment processes. **Key Responsibilities** - **Platform Administration** – Configure fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, and roles. - **Automation Management** – Design, build, and refine Salesforce Flows; ensure they are bulk‑safe and future‑proof. - **Data Management** – Import, update, cleanse, and deduplicate data using native tools and spreadsheets. - **Quality Assurance** – Develop and execute test cases for new flows and configurations; document defects and support remediation. - **User Support & Enablement** – Act as the primary Salesforce help desk; troubleshoot, explain concepts, and deliver occasional training sessions. - **Documentation & Process Improvement** – Record configuration details, test procedures, and operational guides; identify workflow efficiencies. **Required Skills** - Salesforce Platform Administration (objects, security, automation) - Salesforce Flow design and debugging - Data management techniques and Excel proficiency - QA testing, test case development, defect tracking - Strong communication and instructional skills - Ability to work cross‑functionally with developers and business stakeholders - Problem‑solving, attention to detail, and a system‑centric mindset **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on Salesforce Administrator experience - Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory) - Salesforce Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator (desirable) - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations is a plus.
