Job Description
**Job Title:** Security Account Manager **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary client liaison for security operations, managing administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks. Coordinate daily operations, payroll, and interdepartmental communication to ensure service delivery aligns with client standards and organizational goals. **Expactations:** - Oversee scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and compliance processes. - Monitor attendance, disciplinary actions, and workforce documentation. - Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and training of security personnel. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., BSIS, healthcare). - Maintain operational workflows through audit reports, meeting participation, and data-driven analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Audit shift supervisor reports, activity logs, and workforce documentation. - Process and reconcile payroll, invoicing, and workforce time-off requests. - Manage terminations, interviews, and hiring pipelines, including uniform/equipment requests. - Coordinate compliance for security contracts and workers’ compensation paperwork. - Support investigations by collecting statements and resolving operational discrepancies. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint). - Experience with scheduling platforms and project management tools. - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and multitasking capabilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork. - Time-management and organizational skills in high-pressure environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in operations/project management. - Honorable military discharge or equivalent operational experience preferred. - Ability to create data-driven reports (diagrams, charts, spreadsheets) and interpret KPIs. - Familiarity with security operations and contract management advantageous.
