Job Description
**Job Title** Account Executive **Role Summary** Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of charity clients, delivering high‑quality support to help them maximize fundraising for mass participation events. Coordinate communication, provide strategic advice, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong client relationships and continuous improvement of service offerings. **Expectations** - Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with charity members. - Ensure clients receive timely support, advice, and updates. - Facilitate video conferences and internal resource creation. - Collaborate with the partnerships and account management teams. - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned charity accounts. - Build positive relationships and act as a trusted advisor. - Provide regular support and fundraising strategies to members. - Schedule and lead video meetings offering sector updates and guidance. - Create and manage resources and technical support through the in‑house CRM. - Communicate account status, progress, and performance to clients. - Deliver constructive feedback to the team for service enhancement. - Support account managers and the wider partnerships team when required. **Required Skills** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to conduct independent client meetings and presentations. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Flexibility and eagerness to learn quickly. - Outcome‑focused mindset with a passion for client satisfaction. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications required, but experience in charity fundraising or client account management is advantageous.
