Key Responsibilities: • Build, coach, and lead a UK sales team, establishing structures and a performance‑centric culture. • Develop and implement a comprehensive UK sales strategy focused on farmer relationships and market penetration. • Optimize end‑to‑end sales systems using analytics and technology to ensure process excellence. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and critical customer meetings. • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and improve conversion rates. • Monitor industry trends, identify new market opportunities, and drive growth initiatives.
