ME+EM was founded by Clare Hornby in 2009 to offer designer quality at a fair price. Frustrated by how hard it was to find flattering, on-trend and beautifully-made clothes, Clare made the decision to offer women a solution to this sartorial problem. Employing her extensive consumer insight from 15 years in the advertising industry, along with a lifetime’s love of fashion and an obsession with fit, Clare launched ME+EM.

We insist on clothes that really do it all. We believe that fashion only works if you can wear a piece time and again, and feel completely confident in it. That’s why we rigorously edit trends for wearability and versatility. Meticulously designed cuts and select fabrics to create clothes that make style look easy. Clothes that you can wear in different combinations, like fashion Lego. These are pieces guaranteed to last more than one season, taking you from the office to evenings out; relaxed weekends at home to travels abroad.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Retail, CX and Finance Data Analyst **Role Summary** Analytical professional who turns retail, customer, and financial data into actionable insights, dashboards, and forecasts to drive store performance, customer retention, and new store openings. Works cross‑functionally with Commercial Analysis, Customer Care, and Retail teams. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, timely data analyses and reports that influence commercial decisions. - Build and maintain KPI dashboards, predictive models, and customer segmentation studies. - Champion a data‑driven culture and challenge existing assumptions. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze retail transactions, channel performance, and finance metrics to support new store openings and operational strategies. - Create weekly/monthly commercial KPIs and customer metrics dashboards using data visualization tools. - Develop and maintain predictive models for sales forecasting with the Retail & CX Director. - Produce monthly/quarterly customer insights reports on product trends, seasonality, frequency, and returns. - Generate ad‑hoc reporting on customer ordering behavior and store performance for leadership. - Measure and report on clienteling campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing, across the UK, US, and international markets. - Identify opportunities to broaden customer base, improve commercial results, and strengthen retention. **Required Skills** - Proven analytical experience in retail or customer‑focused industries. - Strong handling of large transactional and online data sets. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Experience extracting and integrating data from multiple systems. - Customer segmentation, personalization, and VIP program analysis. - SQL literacy; experience with Snowflake preferred. - Ability to conduct scientific method‑based performance analysis and A/B testing. - Excellent cross‑functional relationship building and data‑driven communication. - Passion for fashion and retail industry. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field. - Certifications in SQL, data visualization, or business analytics (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake Advanced).
