**Job Title** Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead regional sales strategy for a light‑based cataract therapy across optician and ophthalmology practices. Drive adoption, revenue, and partner success through relationship building, training, and field support. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the product portfolio. - Expand market share and penetration in the assigned region. - Deliver consistent customer satisfaction and partner performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, present and execute a regional sales and business plan aligned with corporate objectives. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with optical, optometric and ophthalmology providers. - Conduct product training, installations, and provide ongoing after‑sales support. - Manage the product pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance metrics. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor local initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. **Required Skills** - 5+ years in eye‑care, ophthalmology, or optical device sales. - Proven track record of driving adoption of new medical technologies. - Strong field‑sales and client‑management capabilities. - Effective training and presentation skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills. - Ability to drive results independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Life Sciences, or related field. - Valid UK driving licence. ---
