Our flagship innovation, Revisyon™, is a revolutionary non-invasive, light-based therapy designed to treat cataract-related vision loss - empowering optometrists and ophthalmologists to deliver “Light first, surgery last.”

We’re seeking a high-energy, commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the growth of our treatment distribution model across independent opticians, ophthalmology clinics, and group practices.

In this role, you’ll:

Develop and execute regional sales and business plans
Build strong clinical and commercial partnerships
Deliver training, installations, and after-sales support
Drive revenue from Revisyon™, optical lenses, and ophthalmic pharmaceuticals
Achieve regional targets for adoption, utilisation, and partner success

You’ll be part of a passionate, agile team shaping one of the most exciting medical technology launches in UK eyecare; combining innovation, science, and commercial leadership.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in eyecare, ophthalmology, or optical device sales
Strong relationship management, training, and field sales skills
Proven success driving adoption of new medical technologies
Full UK driving licence
