Job Title: Sales Manager – Manufacturing Role Summary: Lead UK sales and distributor relationships for a European chemical manufacturer focused on sustainable construction solutions. Own sales pipeline, partner development, and market expansion. Expectations: - Achieve sales targets and growth in the UK market. - Establish and expand a distributor network. - Provide technical and commercial support to end-users. Key Responsibilities: - Grow and manage relationships with customers and distributors across the UK. - Identify, onboard, and train new partners in established and emerging regions. - Promote and sell a portfolio of innovative binder solutions. - Deliver technical and commercial support to installers, aligning them with appropriate distribution channels. - Drive market development through presentations to specifiers, trade events, and targeted outreach. - Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy. Required Skills: - Proven sales track record in manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or construction materials. - Expertise in developing distributor networks and managing customer relationships. - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Technical aptitude or familiarity with insulation and construction systems preferred. - Self‑motivated, organized, results‑oriented, and willing to travel. - Proficiency in a second European language and regional flexibility a plus.
