We’re searching a Sales Manager to join our client, a fast-growing European chemical manufacturer leading the way in sustainable construction solutions.

This role is ideal for a highly entrepreneurial individual who’s ready to take ownership and help shape the company’s footprint in the UK as part of a pioneering team.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and manage relationships with customers and distributors across the UK.
Identify, onboard, and train new partners in both established and emerging regions.
Promote a portfolio of innovative binder solutions.
Provide technical and commercial support to installers, ensuring they’re equipped and connected with the right distribution channels.
Drive market development through strategic initiatives such as presentations to specifiers, participation in trade events, and targeted outreach.
Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Candidate Profile

Proven track record in sales within the manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or construction materials sector.
Skilled in developing distributor networks and managing customer relationships.
Technical aptitude or familiarity with insulation and construction systems is advantageous.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and results-oriented.
A second European language and regional flexibility are strong assets but not a necessity.
