**Job Title**
Junior Data Consultant – Full Time (CDI)
**Role Summary**
Support senior consultants in delivering data‑centric solutions for clients. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines; performing exploratory data analysis; and creating automated dashboards and reporting tools to enable data‑driven decision making.
**Expectations**
- Entry‑level data professional (0–2 years of experience).
- Work model: hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).
- Strong learning orientation, collaboration, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, and modeling).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis on multi‑source datasets (marketing, sales, finance, operations).
- Build and deploy dashboards, automated reports, and AI agents to support client operations.
- Translate business requirements into concrete data solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Apply best‑practice software engineering practices in data projects (CI/CD, testing, version control, code reviews).
- Operate in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) and leverage modern tooling (dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau).
**Required Skills**
- Proficient SQL; solid foundation in Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with cloud data services and orchestration (GCP, AWS, Azure, Airflow).
- Knowledge of data modeling and pipeline tools (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, version control (Git).
- Strong analytical mindset, technical rigor, and curiosity about business problems.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and team collaboration abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, statistics, or related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Prior internship or co‑op experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
