**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Senior, entrepreneurial marketer who blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to grow a direct‑to‑consumer brand. Manages end‑to‑end digital campaigns across paid social, search, email, and web; creates compelling content; delivers actionable analytics; and partners with creators and influencers to extend brand reach.
**Expectations:**
- 4+ years of digital marketing execution, preferably in DTC/e‑commerce, food, health, or lifestyle.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while actively building creative and marketing assets.
- Self‑directed, high‑energy learner who thrives on experimentation and rapid iteration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (social, search, retargeting, email) while tracking CAC, ROAS, CTR, and other KPIs.
- Write copy, design graphics, and produce multimedia for social, email, and advertising assets.
- Own attribution reporting and channel performance analysis; translate data into campaign improvement strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with delivery partners, content creators, influencers, and community sponsors to strengthen brand presence.
- Participate in creative production and daily execution of marketing channels.
**Required Skills:**
- Campaign management (paid social, search, retargeting, email).
- Content strategy, copywriting, basic graphic/video design.
- Data analysis, KPI monitoring, attribution modeling.
- Strategic planning, experimentation, and problem‑solving.
- Stakeholder communication and partnership building.
- Proficiency with marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, and SEO utilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**

- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or equivalent are advantageous.
