About Tractor and Tractor At Home
Founded in Kitsilano in 2013, Tractor has been reimagining how Canadians access fresh, nutritious food by making healthy eating easier, more enjoyable, and accessible. We are currently seeking a digital marketing expert to join our wider Tractor team, with a particular focus on growing our Tractor At Home brand.
The Opportunity
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a senior, entrepreneurial professional who excels as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor. In this role, you will build, lead, and optimize digital campaigns across social, search, email, and web platforms. Unlike a traditional managerial position, you will also be involved in creative production and the day-to-day execution of marketing channels. This opportunity is perfect for a senior-level marketer who enjoys delving into creative development, content creation, and analytics, and who wants to make a direct impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities
As a leader within our team, your responsibilities will span several critical areas. The focus of your efforts will be determined by our collective experience and ongoing learning, with the aim of best connecting with and growing our community:
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, run, and optimize digital campaigns across paid social, search, retargeting, and email. Continuously track and report on key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and others.
Content Creation: Write and design compelling content for social media, email marketing, and advertising initiatives. Consider additional channels that are relevant to our industry to broaden our reach.
Analytics & Insights: Take ownership of attribution reporting and channel performance analysis to drive informed marketing decisions.
Relationship Building: Liaise with delivery partners and content creators, and support influencer outreach along with community sponsorships and partnerships to strengthen our brand presence.
Who Thrives Here
Success in this role comes to passionate learners who are energized by doing, building, and experimenting. You should bring at least four years of digital marketing execution experience, ideally within direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce, food, health, or lifestyle sectors.
