Job Description
Job Title Sales & Account Manager Role Summary Lead the acquisition and growth of North American hotel partners, acting as a strategic business partner to elevate Dayuse’s booking and revenue streams. Drive portfolio management, negotiation, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional projects to secure Dayuse as a preferred distribution channel. Expectations * Within 3 months: master portfolio, implement reporting, prioritize high‑impact actions. * Within 6 months: become the market expert, define conversion‑focused offers and pricing. * Within 12 months: craft a strategic vision and spearhead innovative initiatives in partnership with internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage and expand a portfolio of hotel partners in the U.S. & Canada. * Negotiate rates, offers and availability with Revenue Managers and Hotel Directors. * Produce and analyze Business Reviews in Tableau; translate KPIs into actionable recommendations. * Build and maintain trusting relationships across partner organizations. * Identify and launch growth projects (e.g., new offers, payment solutions). * Track market activity; provide weekly performance and activity reports to Regional Director. Required Skills * 3+ years in Account Management, Revenue Management or Distribution; OTA, hotel group or travel agency experience preferred. * Deep knowledge of the U.S. hotel market and distribution dynamics. * Fluent English (must pass). * Strong analytical aptitude; proficiency with Tableau (HubSpot a plus). * Highly proactive, meticulous, organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self‑starter with a “go‑getter” attitude and strong team collaboration. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. * Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Sales Professional, Revenue Management) are an advantage.
