Expactations: Deliver production‑grade AI systems that scale with customer data, lead cross‑functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships through design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Own client projects from requirements through design, development, QA, and production deployment. - Design and build LLM‑based, RAG, and agentic workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance. - Collaborate with engineering and product to define architecture, API contracts, and data pipelines. - Mentor and review the data science team, fostering technical excellence and knowledge transfer. - Serve as primary technical steward for clients, managing expectations, setting milestones, and providing post‑deployment support. - Evaluate and incorporate new AI research and tools to enhance solution capabilities.
