**Job Title**
Brand & Marketing Communications Manager – Water Coolers/Dispensers
**Role Summary**
Strategic brand leader driving the UK B2B brand across new product launches, verticals and channels. Owns brand strategy, messaging, integrated campaigns, ABM, CRM, and data‑driven performance. Works cross‑functionally with sales, digital, product and creative to accelerate growth and maintain consistent brand standards.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth in awareness, market share and lead volume for the B2B business.
- Own brand health metrics, insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
- Translate global campaigns into localized, high‑impact activations for the UK market.
- Lead creative and agency partners to produce consistent, on‑brand collateral across all touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and execute UK brand strategy aligned with commercial plans.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, offline).
- Lead Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in partnership with Key Account Managers.
- Develop, oversee and measure CRM nurture & retention programmes.
- Build test‑and‑learn programmes for new channels, messaging and creative.
- Evaluate campaign performance via awareness, market share, leads and ROI.
- Conduct consumer research and analysis to shape brand positioning.
- Coordinate with Digital Lead for web, social content and thought‑leadership assets.
- Localise global platforms and content to UK audience and regulations.
- Manage creative agencies and internal creative team.
- Own brand marketing budget, prioritise spend and report ROI.
- Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic brand marketing & communications for B2B brands.

- Account‑Based Marketing, CRM and lead‑generation strategy.
- Performance analytics, KPI tracking, data‑driven optimisation.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent with substantial professional experience (5+ years).
- Marketing or Brand management certifications (e.g., AMA, CMO, or equivalent) are an advantage.
