**Job Title** Marketing Manager – Cakes **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end marketing strategy, planning, and activation for Family Treats, CBBS and Cake brands. Own brand growth plans, develop demand‑centric innovation, and drive performance across multi‑channel communications while ensuring budget compliance. **Expectations** * Deliver a year‑long brand plan with clear performance targets (sales, share, margin). * Achieve budgeted KPI outcomes and report on progress to senior leadership. * Function as the brand guardian, collaborating across commercial, creative, and supply‑chain functions. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and execute annual brand plans based on consumer insight and competitive analysis. * Identify short‑ and long‑term growth opportunities and translate them into actionable projects. * Lead cross‑functional teams (marketing, commercial, supply‑chain, agency partners) to deliver activation and commercial initiatives on schedule. * Manage multimedia campaign development across OOH, digital, social, PR, and licensing. * Control marketing spend, monitor ROI, and provide continuous spend evaluation. * Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering high‑potential talent. * Act as a strategic partner to Corporate Communications on sustainability and brand‑related communication plans. **Required Skills** * 5+ years FMCG marketing experience, ideally at manager or head of marketing level with a sophisticated portfolio. * Proven ability to use consumer insights to generate growth opportunities. * Strong experience in campaign strategy, agency management, and multimedia communication. * Commercial acumen: ability to develop profitable growth plans and manage key levers. * Leadership skills: influence across all levels, manage teams, and steer cross‑functional projects. * Excellent storytelling and presentation capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent. * Relevant FMCG marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, CMO qualification) are an advantage.
