**Job Title:**
Sales Operations Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Supports the sales organization by creating and maintaining sales collateral, managing CRM data quality, and providing analytics and tools that enable Account Executives to close deals efficiently.
**Expectations:**
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Support (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed.
- Proficient in designing compelling pitch decks (Keynote, Figma, Google Slides).
- Data‑savvy: comfortable cleaning CRM data, building dashboards, and analyzing pipeline trends.
- Strong communicator in English, comfortable collaborating across product, marketing, and sales teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, update, and distribute sales collateral (pitch decks, one‑pagers, ROI calculators, case studies, competitive comparisons).
- Customize sales materials for verticals, segments, and strategic accounts in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) hygiene, scheduling data review cycles and ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Create and publish dashboards for pipeline, win/loss trends, and deal velocity to inform leadership decisions.
- Serve as the primary resource for sales tooling, templates, and process documentation.
- Support onboarding of new sales hires with training materials and access to required resources.
**Required Skills:**
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in presentation tools (Keynote, Figma, Google Slides).
- Analytical skills: data extraction, trend analysis, dashboard creation (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- No specific certifications required; CRM or analytics certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus.
