Job Description: Job title: Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager Role Summary: Senior Maternity‑cover role focused on securing high‑value funding from wealth management, trusts, and foundations, developing partnership strategies, and maintaining donor relationships to advance organizational impact. Expectations: - Deliver donor engagement and partnership initiatives that secure six‑figure or greater gifts. - Produce persuasive proposals, presentations, and communications for stakeholders. - Maintain rigorous reporting, data analysis, and evidence of impact. - Operate independently in a remote environment while contributing to a cross‑functional team.
