Role Description

This is a Maternity cover role for a Senior Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager. The manager will develop and implement strategies to secure funding from Wealth Management, Trusts and Foundations sources and partnerships, and manage donor relationships. Responsibilities also include identifying and pursuing new engagement opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring timely reporting and communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Expertise in philanthropy, fundraising, and partnership management
Proven experience securing above six figure gifts.
Proven ability to write persuasive proposals, create presentations, and deliver impactful communication
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting in the context of donor engagement
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team
Passion for international development and social impact philanthropy
Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in non-profit management, communications, or a related field
