**Job title**
Senior Consultant – Transformation & Artificial Intelligence
**Role Summary**
Lead strategic transformation projects focused on generative and agentic AI for senior executives. Design digital‑maturity audits, formulate roadmaps, identify innovative AI solutions, coach cultural change, and develop blended learning programmes. Serve as a strategic partner, thought leader, and client-facing advisor.
**Expectations**
- 4 to 10+ years in digital transformation, innovation, or strategy consulting (ideally in a boutique, ESN, or corporate innovation unit).
- Hands‑on experience or strong passion for AI initiatives such as GenAI, data strategy, process automation, copilots, and agentic systems.
- Proven ability to engage C‑suite and executive audiences through workshops, presentations, and written communication.
- Bilingual in French and English with excellent written and spoken skills in both languages.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Transformation Consulting** – Conduct digital/AI maturity assessments, develop strategic roadmaps, create operational action plans, and deliver end‑to‑end project governance.
2. **AI Solution Integration** – Research, evaluate, and embed LLMs, RAG, copilots, automated workflows, and agentic architectures into client organisations.
3. **Change & Culture Management** – Design and execute change management plans, develop adoption frameworks, and act as a sparring partner for senior leaders.
4. **Training & Acculturation** – Design blended learning curricula, deliver workshops to C‑suite and managers, and support knowledge transfer through e‑learning and immersive sessions.
5. **Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence** – Maintain active AI/tech watch, author whitepapers, case studies, and podcasts; present at conferences and industry events.
6. **Client Relationship & Business Development** – Build lasting trust with clients, identify new service opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction and project quality.
**Required Skills**
- Deep understanding of digital, data, and AI ecosystems: LLM, RAG, copilots, open‑source frameworks, and agentic AI concepts.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and agile project management (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong strategic thinking and business framework knowledge (e.g., Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition, financial impact analysis).
- Excellent communication – executive storytelling, facilitation, coaching, and bilingual writing.
- Analytical, systematic mindset with ability to distill complex tech into actionable insights.
- Leadership and team‑oriented, result‑driven attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Certifications: Project Management (PMP, Prince2), Change Management (Prosci), Agile (Certifications Scrum Master / Product Owner) highly desirable.
- AI or Data Science certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineer, Google Cloud AI) are a plus.
