Expectations - Generate 50+ outreach touchpoints daily via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. - Book 20+ discovery calls per month with qualified leads. - Maintain 100% CRM (Salesforce) compliance with detailed notes and follow‑up schedules. - Achieve follow‑up within 24 hours and close deals within a 45‑day sales cycle. - Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct proactive outbound outreach to potential clients, using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. 2. Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and understand client requirements. 3. Manage and update Salesforce records, ensuring accurate pipeline data and next‑step documentation. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead qualification criteria and campaign effectiveness. 5. Maintain product knowledge to articulate value propositions clearly. 6. Deliver follow‑up communications within 24 hours of initial contact. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics (touchpoints, booked calls, conversion rates). Required Skills - 1–3 years of business development or sales development experience, preferably in tech or digital industries. - Proven record of surpassing lead generation and sales targets. - Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot or Salesforce. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in fast‑paced environments. - Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Certifications in sales, marketing, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certifications) are advantageous.
