Job Description
Job title: Project Manager Role Summary: Own end-to-end delivery of AI platform integration and implementation projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes while acting as the primary client liaison and shaping commercial bids for a rapidly growing AI technology firm. Expactations: Deliver complex, cross‑functional software projects; manage scope, risk, schedule, budget, and quality; maintain stakeholder alignment; support bid development with credible delivery plans; possess a proven track record of Agile / PRINCE2 delivery on the supplier side; hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Project Management; demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant project management experience in technology or AI contexts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead integration/implementation projects for AI testing and assurance platforms. - Define scope, milestones, estimates, dependencies, and governance frameworks. - Direct cross‑functional delivery teams, managing schedules, budgets, and quality, and maintaining RAID logs. - Control scope changes, assess impacts, costs, and risks, and secure approvals. - Coordinate testing, acceptance, security, privacy, and compliance readiness with customer teams. - Act as the primary stakeholder contact, ensuring clear communication, decision logs, and alignment. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management methodologies. - Experience delivering supplier‑side software/technology projects (AI/ML preferred). - Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage customer relationships. - Demonstrated ability to control scope, risk, and change. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or related field. - Proven experience in delivering Agile/PRINCE2 projects; certifications in these methodologies advantageous.
