Job Title: Business Analyst (Strategic & Relationship Focus) Role Summary: Deliver integrated business analysis, project management, and commercial relationship oversight for a global financial services client’s banking partnerships with corporate, SME, and fintech sectors. Expectations: Provide accurate, data‑driven insights, steward project delivery, maintain regulatory compliance, and nurture stakeholder relationships to drive growth and service excellence. Key Responsibilities - Support ongoing relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders. - Monitor quality, performance, and cost metrics; ensure service levels are achieved. - Analyse business processes and structures to influence strategic and commercial decisions. - Identify and promote growth opportunities across regions, products, and fintech collaborations. - Coordinate end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment and client satisfaction. - Facilitate international onboarding and digital integration with banking partners. - Identify regulatory or risk issues and support senior stakeholder engagement. - Maintain client/member portal data and address banking requests. - Support reporting, communications, and invoicing processes. Required Skills - Strong analytical and research capabilities. - Experience in financial services, corporate or transaction banking. - Client‑facing relationship management or commercial background. - Project management experience in regulated environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. - Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. ---
