Our client, a global organisation within the Financial Services sector, is seeking a Business / Financial Analyst (Strategic Delivery & Relationship Management) to join their team in London.

This role supports international banking partnerships, combining business analysis, project delivery, and commercial relationship management across corporate, SME, and fintech clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support ongoing relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders
Monitor quality, performance, and costs, ensuring commitments and service levels are met
Analyse business processes and structures to support strategic and commercial decision-making
Identify and support growth opportunities across regions, products, and fintech partnerships
Coordinate projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction
Support international onboarding and digital integration with banking partners
Flag regulatory or risk issues and support senior stakeholder engagement
Maintain client/member portal data and manage banking requests
Support reporting, communications, and invoicing processes

Skills & Experience:

Strong analytical and research capability
Experience in financial services, transaction or corporate banking
Exposure to client-facing, relationship management, or commercial roles
Project management experience in regulated environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Details:

Predominantly remote (2 days per month in London)
Part-time: 28 hours per week | Freelance
£35–£40 per hour
Occasional international travel may be required
