**Job Title** Lifecycle Marketing Associate (Contract-to-Hire) **Role Summary** Data‑driven lifecycle marketer with 2‑4 years of experience, responsible for operating a portfolio of 30+ automated communication journeys (Email, SMS, Push) across two product lines (Roamly & Wheelbase). Manages platform administration, journey logic, content creation, A/B testing, and compliance while collaborating with product, engineering, and lifecycle teams. **Expectations** - Refresh existing automated journeys with new creative and copy. - Design and launch new automated journeys on a quarterly basis. - Plan, schedule, and execute monthly blast communications. - Maintain comprehensive customer journey maps and documentation. - Conduct A/B tests and deliver optimization reports at least quarterly. - Achieve notable improvements in open, click‑through, and conversion rates. - Respond promptly to legal/compliance requests and ad‑hoc agent requests. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer Customer.io (Email & Push) and Attentive (SMS) to ensure deliverability and health. - Own logic, content, and performance of >30 lifecycle journeys; develop new content and refine existing logic. - Document and update a full customer journey map covering all touchpoints. - Partner with product & engineering to audit events and define new event requirements for automations. - Manage blast calendar, including audience segmentation, content creation, and scheduling. - Execute A/B testing roadmap across all channels; analyze results to drive continuous improvement. - Draft persuasive copy for emails, SMS, and push notifications, shifting between brand voices. - Handle compliance & support duties: legal requests, manual unsubscribes, journey hot‑fixes, timestamp audits. - Coordinate with the Outdoorsy lifecycle team to create upsell content for Marketplace host audience. **Required Skills** - 2‑4 years lifecycle marketing, CRM, or automation experience. - Expert knowledge of Customer.io, Attentive, or equivalent ESP/SMS platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo). - Intermediate AI proficiency (Gemini, Jasper). - Strong A/B testing history and analytical mindset. - Excellent copywriting across multiple channels and brand voices. - Technical fluency: event triggers, APIs, data schemas; ability to discuss product/engineering concepts. - Familiarity with insurance/fintech regulatory nuances. - Adaptability to fast‑paced environments; contract‑to‑hire readiness. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific degree or certification required (relevant education in marketing, communications, or related field preferred).
