Job Description

Job Title: Gainsight Business Systems Analyst Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize Gainsight solutions within enterprise environments, translating business requirements into scalable customer success workflows and data insights. Expectations: Experienced BSA with proven Gainsight implementation expertise, strong analytical and documentation skills, and a background in CRM integration (Salesforce) and data platforms (Snowflake). Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and predictive scoring is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Gainsight implementation from requirements gathering to post‑deployment validation. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales Operations, and IT to map business needs to Gainsight configurations. - Design and configure Reports, Dashboards, and Rules Engine to automate processes and deliver actionable insights. - Develop solution design docs, user stories, and data mapping specifications. - Partner with data and engineering teams to integrate data from Salesforce, Snowflake, and other sources. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements. - Support user adoption through training, best‑practice sharing, and documentation. - Explore and apply AI‐driven capabilities (predictive scoring, customer health analytics) to extend Gainsight functionality. Required Skills: - Business Systems Analyst or equivalent experience. - Direct Gainsight implementation and configuration (Journey Orchestrator, Rules Engine, Reports/Dashboards). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. - Experience creating solution designs and technical documentation. - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration and data modeling. - Understanding of data visualization and AI/ predictive analytics tools (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Gainsight Administrator or Gainsight Associate certification, or equivalent proof of expertise. - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred). ---
