The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Gainsight Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Gainsight solutions within a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Gainsight implementations, strong analytical and solution design skills, and a solid understanding of Reports, Dashboards, and Rules Engine. Experience or knowledge of AI-driven insights or predictive analytics is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end Gainsight implementations, from requirements gathering to post-deployment validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales Operations, and IT) to define business needs and translate them into scalable Gainsight solutions.
Design and configure Reports, Dashboards, and Rules Engine to automate workflows and deliver actionable insights.
Develop solution design documentation, user stories, and data mapping specifications.
Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate data integration from various systems (Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
Support adoption and training of end-users through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Explore and apply AI-driven capabilities (predictive scoring, customer health analytics, etc.) to enhance Gainsight functionality.
Required Skills & Experience:
Expertise experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Direct Gainsight implementation and configuration experience (essential).
Strong understanding of Gainsight objects, Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, and Reporting/Dashboards.
Proven ability to design and deliver scalable customer success workflows.
Experience in solution design and technical documentation.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration and data models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
AI / Predictive Analytics experience or exposure is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Gainsight Admin or Gainsight Associate certification.
Experience working with Customer Success Operations teams.
Knowledge of data visualization tools or AI-based analytics solutions.
