Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Role Summary: Responsible for managing the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate cash application, timely collections, and resolution of billing and credit discrepancies. Works cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and external customers to address payment issues, assess credit limits, and maintain compliance with internal controls. Expactations: - Deliver consistent, error‑free cash application and account reconciliation. - Maintain and improve AR efficiencies and credit risk management. - Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and customer AP teams. Key Responsibilities: - Apply payments accurately to customer accounts. - Monitor accounts receivable aging and pursue collections. - Reconcile, investigate, and resolve credit/billing discrepancies. - Review sales forecasts, payment histories, and financial statements to determine credit limits. - Approve credit memos and RMA requests. - Manage credit exposure and insurance coverage. - Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flow, aging, and other AR reports. - Resolve shipment or billing disputes with Logistics and Sales. - Identify process improvements and implement best practices. - Participate in internal control reviews and policy compliance. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Advanced proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP) and Excel. - Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to risk mitigation. **Job Title:** Intern, Firmware Engineer - PFD **Role Summary:** Support firmware development and testing for SSD products, including issue troubleshooting, test case creation, and lifecycle management processes under the supervision of a senior manager.
