Job Description
Job title: Digital Project Manager (Maternity Cover) **Role Summary** Manage multiple digital projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to client standards. Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment phases while fostering stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear communication across teams. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality digital projects within agreed timelines and budgets. - Maintain proactive risk and issue management. - Demonstrate autonomy, professionalism, and team collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, present, and control project scope, budgets, and timelines from pitch through delivery. - Own the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, launch, and post‑deployment review. - Build and sustain relationships with internal teams (designers, developers, CS managers) and external stakeholders. - Coordinate with Delivery Consultants to secure required information and audit completion. - Participate in daily agile scrum meetings to prioritize tasks and remove blockers. - Track project progress, identify delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. - Manage time booking and resource allocation against capacity targets. - Escalate issues when necessary and provide practical, flexible problem‑solving. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in digital project management within a digital agency or technology environment. - Deep understanding of the digital project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and launch processes. - Strong problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure. - Excellent written and verbal communication for clarity across all project stages. - Proficiency with project management tools (Forecast, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office suite. - Agile methodology knowledge and experience in scrum practices (preferred). - Ability to adapt to diverse personalities and work autonomously while fostering teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credential (preferred).
