This is a 12-month maternity cover role (with the possibility of extension), offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact within a growing, dynamic business.
Role Overview
We're seeking a Digital Project Manager who thrives on organization and delivering excellence. As an expert in project management, you will oversee multiple digital projects, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with budgets, timelines, and client expectations. You'll manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pitch to planning to successful delivery. Your calm and proactive approach will ensure challenges are met with practical solutions, making you an indispensable part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, present, and control projects, budgets, and timelines from pitch to delivery and beyond.
Be fully versed in all stages of digital projects, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones and success.
Collaborate with Delivery Consultants to ensure all required information and audits are actioned in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration:
From time to time, you may be required to work flexibly to accommodate our valued US-based customers, ensuring our global commitment to exceptional service.
Work dynamically within Project Teams, comprising Lead Digital Designers, Lead Developers (Front and Back End), and CSMs.
Communicate consistently and effectively with all team members to ensure clarity and alignment.
Participate in daily agile scrum sessions to prioritize tasks, address project issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
Quality and Efficiency:
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues proactively.
Ensure accurate tracking and booking of project time to maintain budget integrity.
Identify and implement efficiencies to optimize workflows without compromising quality.
Ensure studio resources are booked effectively on billable work, meeting capacity targets set by management.
Problem-Solving:
Stay calm under pressure, offering pragmatic and flexible solutions to challenges.
Assess issues as they arise and determine whether to address them independently or escalate as necessary.

The Must-Haves
What You'll Need to Bring
Proven experience in digital project management, preferably within a digital agency.
Strong understanding of the digital project lifecycle, including design, development, and testing stages.
Experience running testing and launch plans.
Ability to adapt to different personalities with pragmatism and flexibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
Proficiency in tools such as Forecast App, Monday.com, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Confidence to work autonomously while fostering positive relationships as a team player.
Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clarity and alignment across all project stages.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum frameworks.
Experience working in SaaS or technology-driven industries.
