Job Description: Job Title: Full‑Stack Developer (Frontend/UI/UX Focus) Role Summary: Build and maintain the web and mobile UI layer of a logistics SaaS platform, delivering responsive dashboards, operational mobile apps, and a scalable component library with a focus on quick iteration and high quality. Expectations: • Learn rapidly and adapt to evolving tech stacks • Ship production-ready features on schedule • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in code, design, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interactive dashboards, workflows, and internal tools using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. - Create mobile‑first operational apps for facilities and drivers with Flutter. - Integrate UI components with backend REST APIs; manage data fetching with TanStack Query (or SWR/RTK Query). - Translate Figma designs and internal style guides into clean, responsive UI. - Enhance and maintain the shared design system / component library. - Collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver polished, end‑to‑end user experiences. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in React + TypeScript. - Expertise in Tailwind CSS and component/page architecture. - Experience building, testing, and shipping Flutter applications. - Familiarity with TanStack Query or equivalent async state management. - Ability to connect to REST APIs, handle authentication/token flows, and manage data persistence. - Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals: layout, spacing, typography, motion, and responsive design. Bonus Skills (preferred): - Go (Gin) basics (handlers, routing). - MongoDB experience. - Clerk Auth or similar session/token systems. - Riverpod or other Flutter state management patterns. - Knowledge of multi‑tenant or role‑based access controls. - Scalable component architecture design. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
