Role Description

You will be a key contributor in building Roadaroo’s frontend ecosystem across web and mobile:

  •  Develop dashboards, workflows, and internal tools using React + TypeScript + Tailwind (Web)

  •  Build mobile-first operational apps using Flutter (Facility & Driver Apps)

  •  Integrate UI components with backend APIs using REST and TanStack Query / SWR patterns

  •  Translate Figma and internal design language into responsive, clean UI

  •  Help refine and maintain Roadaroo’s growing design system / component library

  •  Work closely with product and backend teams to deliver seamless, polished user experiences

Qualifications

We care most about ability to learn quickly, ship fast, and pay attention to detail.

You should have experience with:

React + TypeScript (primary)
Tailwind CSS + component/page architecture
Flutter (experience building and shipping apps)
TanStack Query (or SWR/RTK Query or similar async state mgmt.)
Connecting to REST APIs and handling auth/token flows
Strong grasp of UI/UX fundamentals (layout, spacing, typography, motion)

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with any of these gives you a strong edge:

  •  Go (Gin) — understanding handlers, routing, REST endpoints

  •  MongoDB — working with document data models

  •  Clerk Auth (web/org role systems, session tokens, etc.)

  •  Riverpod (Flutter) or state management patterns

  •  Understanding of multi-tenant / role-based access systems

  •  Experience designing scalable component architecture
