Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Analyst – Grid Modernization & Analytics (Contract) **Role Summary** Support grid modernization initiatives by analyzing data, enhancing analytics platforms, and driving operational efficiency through insights and reporting. **Expectations** Candidate must collaborate across operations, planning, asset management, and control rooms; maintain analytics tools; prepare technical and business reports; and communicate findings effectively. **Key Responsibilities** - Document requirements for platforms (INM, PT&A) and align solutions with operational needs. - Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement grid modernization strategies. - Support cross-functional teams in deploying tools to improve reliability, efficiency, and planning. - Maintain and optimize in-house analytics tools for scalability and performance. - Prepare regular (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders. - Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. - Deliver tasks punctually to support organizational goals. **Required Skills** - Technical proficiency in Python, R, SQL for data analysis/automation. - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL). - Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting analytics systems. - Strong communication/writing skills to engage stakeholders and document processes. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. - Adaptability to learn emerging technologies and tools. **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
