**Job Title:** Account Executive SP & PT (f/m/x) **Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end sales effort for Spain and Portugal, building a new customer base from scratch, establishing partnerships with leading brands and agencies, and driving the adoption of a digital in‑car marketing channel. **Expectations:** - Own the full sales cycle, consistently surpass quarterly sales targets. - Build a robust, qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. - Represent the brand at industry events, roadshows, and local meetings. - Collaborate closely with account management for seamless client onboarding and campaign execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close contracts with new brand and agency partners. - Develop and execute a territory‑specific go‑to‑market strategy. - Serve as the primary ambassador for the platform, educating the market on its value proposition. - Conduct roadshows and attend relevant industry events to generate leads and strengthen relationships. - Work with leadership to refine and iterate the GTM approach. - Ensure smooth hand‑off to account management for post‑sale support. **Required Skills:** - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Proven inside/outbound or field sales experience in a fast‑growth, tech‑driven environment (ad‑tech, digital media, FMCG, hospitality). - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and contract‑closing abilities. - Entrepreneurial mindset with high pro‑activity and self‑driven results. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Prior experience in the ad‑tech or digital media industry.
