Your mission:
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Account Executive (f/m/x) to spearhead our expansion into Spain and Portugal. This is a high-impact role where you will be the face of 4screen in these crucial, high-growth markets.
Based in our Paris hub, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from our experienced EMEA sales team while taking full ownership of your territory. Your mission is to build our presence from the ground up, forging foundational partnerships with leading brands and agencies and educating the market on the power of in-car marketing.
How you contribute to our success:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle and the strategic growth of your markets
Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals with new brand and agency partners
Build Your Pipeline: Develop and execute a robust prospecting strategy using email, cold-calling, and networking to build a strong, qualified pipeline
Develop the Market: Act as a key ambassador for 4screen. Evangelize our mission and educate the market on the value of the new digital in-car channel
Drive Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Spain and Portugal
Exceed Targets: Meet and consistently exceed your quarterly sales targets
Lead Negotiations: Skillfully lead contract negotiations, establishing sustainable, long-term partnerships
Be the Face of 4screen: Represent the company at key industry events and organize roadshows to meet partners and clients across Spain and Portugal
Collaborate Internally: Partner closely with our Account Management team to ensure a smooth client onboarding and successful campaign execution
Embark on roadshows to meet clients and partners
Identify and attend local relevant events for 4screen
What makes you stand out:
Fluent in Spanish and in English
Experience in an inside, outbound and/or field sales position, or similar client facing function ideally for a high growth fast-paced company (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality industry),
Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure,
Entrepreneurial mindset and pro-activity
Education: A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: Prior experience specifically in the ad-tech or digital media industry
