**Job title**
Senior Event Manager – France
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major brand activation events across France. Translate strategic objectives into high‑impact, on‑budget experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and visibility.
**Expectations**
• Deliver exceptional live events that resonate with the HOLY community (e.g., Japan Expo, Hellfest, Salon de l’Automobile).
• Own end‑to‑end project management: concept, budgeting, vendor negotiation, logistics, staffing, and post‑event evaluation.
• Drive continuous improvement of activation workflows, playbooks, and ROI measurement.
• Serve as the central communication hub between internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Foster strong vendor and organizer relationships to secure premium activation opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Event Leadership** – Plan and execute large‑scale activations from ideation to post‑event analysis.
2. **Cross‑Functional Coordination** – Align marketing, logistics, creative, and finance teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
3. **Budget & ROI Management** – Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets; quantify impact and report ROI to stakeholders.
4. **Process Innovation** – Create scalable playbooks, refine workflows, document lessons learned, and implement best practices.
5. **Vendor and Partner Relationship Management** – Negotiate contracts, coordinate supplier delivery, and maintain partnership dashboards.
6. **Brand Integrity Enforcement** – Ensure every activation reflects brand values in tone, design, and customer engagement.
**Required Skills**
• 3+ years of event or experiential marketing experience in consumer brands, agencies, or high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management competencies.
• Proficiency in budget planning, cost control, and ROI analysis.
• Creative problem‑solving under tight timelines and high‑pressure environments.
• Process‑driven mindset with a history of developing and deploying efficiencies.
• Fluent in French and English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant event‑management or project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Event Manager) are a plus.
