ABOUT THE POSITION
Brand activations are where HOLY comes to life—from electrifying festival experiences to innovative retail promotions that put our community first. As our new French (Sr.) Event Manager, you'll orchestrate high-impact brand experiences across France, turning strategic vision into unforgettable moments that deepen customer loyalty and amplify our brand presence.
This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing big ideas to life. You'll own end-to-end execution of major brand activation projects—with a focus on large-scale events and promotions. From Japan Expo to Hellfest and Salon de l'Automobile, you'll manage complex logistics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every activation delivers exceptional brand experiences while staying on budget.

Your responsibilities will be:
Own the Stage: Lead major French brand activations like Japan Expo, Salon de l’Automobile, and Hellfest from idea to execution. Every project should wow the crowd and strengthen the HOLY Squad.
Be the Connector: Act as the go-to hub between internal teams, agencies, and partners to keep every project smooth, on time, and on point.
Make Smart Moves: Manage budgets, assess ROI, and find clever trade-offs that deliver maximum impact without compromising quality.
Innovate the Process: Build smarter ways of working—refine workflows, share learnings, and scale what works to raise the activation bar every time.
Keep It HOLY: Bring our brand values to life in every experience, ensuring every activation feels authentic, bold, and unmistakably HOLY.
Grow Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with organizers, vendors, and partners to unlock top-tier opportunities and elevate our presence.
Scale the Success: Create repeatable playbooks that streamline costs, boost efficiency, and set the standard for future activations across France.
ABOUT YOU
Proven event and activation expertise: 3+ years of experience managing brand activations, events, or experiential marketing—ideally within a consumer brand, agency, or high-growth startup environment.
Master orchestrator: You've successfully delivered complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and significant budgets. Nothing phases you.
Exceptional communicator: You adapt your communication style effortlessly—whether rallying internal teams, negotiating with vendors, or presenting to leadership—and you keep everyone aligned and motivated.
Budget-savvy operator: You understand how to balance quality and cost, make data-informed budget decisions, and deliver maximum ROI on every activation.
Problem-solver extraordinaire: When challenges arise (and they will), you stay calm, think creatively, and find solutions that keep projects on track without compromising quality.
HOLY Squad champion: You deeply understand our community and consistently make decisions that put the HOLY Squad first—because great activations are built on authentic connections.
