**Job Title:** New Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Drive growth of website design, development, and digital services by identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B client opportunities. Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project handover. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads. - Achieve high conversion rates from discovery meetings to signed contracts. - Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior decision‑makers. - Keep accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect prospects through cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow‑up. - Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and business goals. - Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations in partnership with design and development teams. - Deliver persuasive pitches to senior stakeholders and close deals. - Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and facilitate smooth handover to project delivery. - Manage pipeline, forecast sales, and maintain CRM data integrity. - Monitor market trends, competitor services, and client feedback to refine strategy. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in a digital agency, web development or ecommerce environment. - Proven track record selling website, web‑application or eCommerce solutions. - Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills. - Self‑motivated, target‑driven, highly organized. - Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). - Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, HubSpot Inbound Sales) preferred but not mandatory.
