Greenlight Digital is a growing digital agency based in Stokesley, specialising in website design, development, and digital marketing. We help businesses elevate their online presence through creative, high-performing digital solutions.

We’re now looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new client growth for our website and digital services.

The Role

As our New Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding Greenlight Digital’s client base. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in selling websites or digital solutions, who thrives on results, enjoys client interaction, and understands how to turn great design and development into business value.

What You’ll Do

Identify and secure new business opportunities for website design, development, and related digital services
Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and challenges
Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
Deliver persuasive pitches to senior decision-makers and close deals
Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handover to project teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and report on key metrics
Keep up to date with the latest digital trends and competitor offerings

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within a digital agency or web development environment
Proven success selling websites, web applications, or eCommerce solutions
Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Consultative approach with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)

Nice to Have
Experience in the digital agency space
Knowledge of SEO, UI/UX, and digital marketing strategy
Existing network of business contacts or referral partners

What We Offer
