With an established and proven track record in the industry we continue to work with a large number of broadcast operations clients across the UK and Europe, providing a range of skills from post production to distribution. We understand the sector in depth and works closely with our clients to ensure the right solution is proposed. Key to this is a pro-active, pragmatic approach and understanding our clients individual staffing needs. Our background is media and broadcasting and with an already large resource pool of individuals allows us to provide our clients with access to difficult to reach candidates. Building a strong business relationship is key and we hold a “trusted advisor” role with a number of our clients in relation to their staffing solutions. As testament to our ability to build a successful working partnership, many of our relationships with our first ever customers are still in place today.

Resolve user incidents, manage tickets to SLA targets, and support live production workflows, ensuring continuous service availability. **Expectations** - Work a rotating early/mid/late shift schedule (07:00‑23:00) with weekend coverage. - Use ITSM tools for ticketing, asset tracking, and knowledge base contributions. - Maintain clear communication with users and stakeholders under pressure. - Adhere to IT and security policies, including data protection and MFA compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to walk‑ups, calls, and tickets across production, studio, and office staff. - Diagnose and resolve Windows/macOS, mobile, printer, and peripheral issues. - Manage user accounts, joiners/movers/leavers, MFA resets, and permissions. - Provide on‑site support for live and recorded productions (edit suites, control rooms, AV systems). - Perform basic networking tasks: patching, connectivity checks, VPN and Wi‑Fi diagnostics. - Maintain ticket updates, meet SLA targets, and communicate progress to users. - Maintain ITSM records, contribute to knowledge articles, and document procedures. **Required Skills** - 1+ years of first‑line or deskside support experience in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven setting. - Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. - Competence in endpoint management (Intune, JAMF), MFA/SSO, and basic network troubleshooting. - Familiarity with ITIL‑aligned service management and ITSM platforms. - Strong ticketing discipline, documentation practices, and communication skills. - Ability to work flexible 10‑hour shifts, including weekends. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate). - Valid right to work in the UK. ---

**Job Title** Project Engineer **Role Summary** Drive the technical design, integration, and go‑live of high‑profile broadcast infrastructure projects for a major sports broadcaster. Act as the senior technical authority, collaborating closely with Systems Integrators (SIs) to translate operational requirements into functional engineering solutions for both Central Processing Platform and MCR Build workstreams. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end engineering solutions on time and within scope. - Serve as the primary decision‑maker on technical matters, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards. - Maintain clear communication with SIs and internal stakeholders, providing detailed design documentation and guidance. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and specification of a containerised centralised video‑audio processing platform, including orchestration via broadcast control systems. - Lead the configuration of a new MCR environment, covering live acquisition, distribution, fibre, IP, SRT, and satellite contribution. - Create and refine system schematics, cable schedules, IP addressing schemes, and JSON/YAML configuration files. - Integrate broadcast telemetry and IP‑monitoring networks (e.g., ST 2110). - Conduct design reviews, testing, and hand‑off to operations for seamless go‑live execution. - Coordinate with SIs to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project milestones. **Required Skills** - Extensive experience in live broadcast environments, with a focus on IP video, compression, and transport. - Proficient in drafting and interpreting schematics, system diagrams, cable schedules, and IP addressing. - Familiarity with broadcast monitoring and control platforms, broadcast telemetry, and IP‑monitoring networks. - Comfortable working with JSON and YAML configuration files. - Strong collaboration with Systems Integrators and the ability to lead technical decision‑making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Engineering, Media Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications in broadcast system design, network engineering, or media infrastructure (e.g., ATSC, SMPTE, or ANSI standards) preferred. ---
