**Job title:** Managing Consultant – Spanish‑Speaking (London or Madrid) **Role Summary:** Lead and expand the South‑Europe IT recruitment business, developing and executing B2B sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving high‑performance of the local recruiting team. Operate in a hybrid model with regular office presence. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable growth of the South‑Europe market share in B2B IT solutions (software, cloud, cybersecurity, services). - Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and value creation. - Mentor and coach a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative, goal‑oriented environment. - Provide data‑driven insights and strategies based on performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and roll out sales strategies for B2B IT recruitment. - Acquire and manage new business opportunities across the region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. - Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of the local recruiting team. - Analyze sales and recruitment metrics; present actionable recommendations to senior leadership. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align objectives. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities. **Required Skills:** - Minimum five years of B2B IT sales experience (enterprise software or IT solutions). - Proven track record in driving sales growth and expanding market presence. - Strong client‑and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Leadership and team‑management experience with performance‑based coaching. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and KPI analysis. - Fluent in Spanish; high‑level English communication skills required. - Ability to work independently in a hybrid (office & remote) environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, or a related field. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Executive, Salesforce, or IT‑sales credentials) preferred but not mandatory.
