Senovo IT is seeking a dynamic, accomplished Spanish-speaking Managing Consultant to lead operations for our South Europe market. This permanent position offers a unique chance to guide and inspire our team while contributing significantly to their growth and success in the IT Recruitment sector.

This permanent role offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days a week in the office, either from London or Madrid, providing flexibility and a professional environment to excel in your career.

Key Skills You’ll Bring:

Sales & Business Development: Expertise in devising winning sales strategies and expanding the footprint of B2B IT solutions, such as software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT services.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build and foster long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure consistent business value and satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Performance Management: Proven track record of optimizing team dynamics for maximized results and fostering a collaborative, success-driven workplace environment.
Reporting & Analysis: Skill in analyzing performance metrics and providing insight-driven recommendations.

This role requires at least five years of B2B IT sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or IT solutions. A sales-driven mindset is crucial for success in this role.
