Job Title: Freelance Commission-Based Sales Consultant Role Summary: Act as an independent sales consultant for Tarafo Bay’s luxury branded residences, targeting UK high-net‑worth individuals, investors, and lifestyle buyers. Drive lead generation, nurture client relationships, and close high‑value transactions on a commission‑only basis while collaborating with marketing and management teams. Expectations: • Deliver measurable sales results and achieve or exceed commission‑based targets. • Maintain self‑directed work ethic, professionally representing the project. • Travel internationally to attend property shows, expos, and client meetings as required. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, qualify, and convert UK market leads. • Present tailored sales pitches, virtual tours, and product information to prospective buyers. • Build and sustain relationships with wealth managers, property agents, travel partners, and other stakeholders. • Represent the brand at international property and hospitality events. • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead‑generation campaigns. • Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline activity and conversions.
